She recommended her friend as our lender, her company went bankrupt and our realtor knew all about it and did not tell us. When I asked her why she didn't communicate that information to us, she said and I quote "why would I tell you guys, that's Kim's job." She later told us to find another realtor.
When we spoke with her Broker the next day, she spoke to us in a belittling manner. She was very hostile, rude, and unprofessional. The Broker said Realtor did not do anything wrong and they would not let us out of our contract.
We had to retain legal counsel because our contract with the buyer (who our realtor knows personally) was breached for 2 weeks. she did not attend our final walk through, and she was not present in the room for our closing she sat in with the buyer.
As a young family purchasing our first family home, we had an awful experience the The Real Estate Firm.
