            The customer service was very poor. The receptionist was very rude and uninviting. I had a simple order of 2 shirts and a hoodie and my order was completely botched. And when I asked for my order to be re-done correctly they refused. The communication was terrible from the jump. I had to reach out to them for updates and corrections. I eventually got a refund but even that was a hassle because they originally only offered a partial refund. Do your research on places before you spend your money, time and resources. Not friendly or professional.

            Hi and thank you for your review. As we discussed many times over email, phone calls and in-person at our shop, we are very sorry you had a bad experience with us. We take customer service very seriously, as evidenced by the fact that weve never had anything less than a 5-star review on any platform (until now). We have camera footage of the interaction you claim to be rude, and upon viewing, it seems to be no where near rude or impolite. While there was a misunderstanding about what you wanted (we tried our best and truly thought we did it exactly as you asked, but since it was a rush-order taken in-person, we didnt have documentation of your request) and were very sorry that replacing your items and issuing you a full refund for your order was not enough to create a satisfactory experience for you. We are deeply saddened that despite the extreme lengths we went to in order to accommodate your request for 3 highly-customized items and the design work we did for you for free, you still felt unsatisfied. We went above and beyond for you, as we do for anyone, and are deeply saddened that you would accuse us of that and attempt to steer customers away from us.
