This company does not have any customer service! They do not give notification of when the workers will arrive. The workers arrived at my house and sat in their truck for one hour waiting on their boss. He arrived and did not come to my door to introduce himself or tell me that the men would start working or what I should expect. Instead he spoke to them and left my property. I was not aware that the workers would need access to my water hose and outside faucet. The workers spoke Spanish; so there was a language barrier when I tried to ask about procedures. I was asked by the salesman ( when I spoke to him later) what is the problem? Didn't I speak Spanish? I'm not sure if he was trying to make a joke or what, but his comment was not appropriate! I called the company to express my concerns. I was told that someone would call me. It has been 20 hours since that phone call was made and I have heard nothing. I also called the salesman to see if he could get someone to call me. He said he would try. Again no one from Leaf Filter has called me. I called the office this morning at 10:00 and no one answered the phone. It went to voice mail. I do not know if the company is experiencing problems getting people to work due to COVID or what. But I can not recommend any company that can not follow through with customer service. They have a guarantee on the product. But if you can't get a response from the company, the guarantee is not any good.
