Buyer beware!! Amazing lash Murfreesboro is the most unprofessional business I have ever done business with. I have been a member for several years and over the last year their services have gone down hill. It is almost impossible to get an appointment with a decent stylist so they will offer appointments with inexperienced stylists, the result is extreme lash loss within a few days. Today I spoke with Brittany (manager) about an upcoming appointment she scheduled after a snow closure. During this call she changed my appointment to a completely different day than she originally told me at the time of the snow closure. I explained I had rearranged my schedule to fit the first reschedule her professional response as a manager was " O well" I have someone else in that spot now. At this time I remind her it next to impossible to get an appointment with her especially since the last few were rescheduled/canceled. As punishment she decided to cancel my membership as punishment even though I still had roughly 200 dollars in services left on my account. This action ensures that should I schedule another appointment anywhere else I can be upcharged due to the canceled membership. Sadly this was one of the actual managers...

We appreciate your feedback and your business over the years. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding the rescheduled service time. There were several options to reschedule, and as you know, Brittiney was offering to schedule you on one of her non-service days. You asked to be refunded and have your membership cancelled. The three unused refill credits are still on your account and can be used at any studio. Your membership with this studio has been cancelled per your request and you are free to sign up at another location or visit another company.

Actually you were lied to which was expected, especially since this was the third time this fiasco has occurred. I understand this is a common practice for your specific location. I have no problem going to another location but I do feel consumers should be aware of how you treat your members. I never asked to be canceled I said "if I can never get an appointment,are you going to refund the services I have already paid for?" Please explain where in that statement says to cancel? As for the appointment on Saturday when my appointment was canceled due to weather conditions I confirmed Tuesday March 15 @ 930 on three occasions because I had to rearrange my entire work schedule for Monday and Tuesday in order to make that appointment. I received an email changing the appointment for a third time.
