    I had them come out approximately 6-8 weeks ago to repair a display cooler in my business. The technician told me that the start relay with was bad, and that he replaced it and it was working fine. Then, on the Friday that the winds we so bad, we had 4 - 5 power failure/restarts that day, and after the 1st one the cooler stopped working again. I paid overtime for the technician to come out on Friday night as this piece of equipment is crucial to my business. He called me and told me the compressor had been grounded out. I asked him specifically if the power failure/restarts could have caused this. Not knowing his company had been there previously, he replied, there's no way that should cause any problem, your cooler has the wrong start relay switch on it which allows to many amps and grounded out the compressor. We only use these for temporary repairs and come back and put the correct switch on when we get the part. So I called Brian, the service manager and told him about this. He said that they would cover the compressor and I would cover the labor because of this mistake. Well, 3 weeks later, waiting on the repair, I reached back out to Brian to try and get a timeline. He then stated that they couldn't get the compressor covered by warranty, (because they put the wrong start relay on it) and I would have to pay for the entire repair of approximately $2200. He told me that the damage wasn't caused by the start relay switch, but by the power surges. COMPLETELY OPPOSITE OF WHAT THE TECH TOLD ME DIRECTLY ON THE PHONE. After all of this, here are the assumptions that can be made; 1. They only employ untrained techs 2. They do the repair half way, that way they get a call back later for a much bigger repair. 3. When you get service from them, you are completely on your own because Brian the service manager will accept no fault and tell you the complete opposite of the tech when he hasn't even seen the piece of equipment. Not a company for good repairs
