    We hired them at the end of May 2022 and they gave us our quote. We waited until a little ways into June before we started asking for updates. Where we were told time and time again that it would be this week or that week. Checking cameras from work and never seeing anyone show up. Then on day towards the end of June I get a message that they had a "training course in out pool to learn how to measure a pool the size and shape of ours" and that now that they know they could actually order the liner......we were told this had been done already. Fast forward to July 27th when the owner shows up for the first time since they were hired and stands around the pool for maybe 20 minutes, all captured on camera, and then leaves. Once he left I received a text stating the pool was bigger than they planned and they would need to order more supplies and it would take more labor. So they then tacked $1200 to the original quote. Now we are being charged more and absolutely NO work has been done to our pool. We were told time and time again they were equipped to handle this job. We fired them on July 27th and left with our liner. Now we have an unfinished pool and a liner. Such a disappointing summer for our family. We were lied to on so many accounts and treated as if we were a burden to them for wanting our pool fixed. I have yet to speak to the owner because he apparently doesn't care how his business is ran as long as the money comes in.

    This review is incorrect. The owner came out and gave the original quote in MARCH 2022 not May. There was a liner in the pool at that time and the bottom of the pool could not be seen. The 50% deposit was paid in early June 2022 as we require prior to an order being placed (for exactly this type of reason) and the liner was ordered. At the end of June, a service tech along with the store manager went to the location to pump water out of the existing remnants of the liner and the manufacturer representative taught the service tech about measuring liner pools at this location as the pool was being drained. The liner was also being removed as water was being drained. The liner technician (both have the same name)-NOT the owner-came out at the end of July to evaluate what white goods he would need for the job and was chased by a large dog out of the yard. He came back the next day after the homeowner agreed to put up the dogs and found the poolkrete bottom to be in such bad repair that the store contacted to homeowner to explain that putting the liner into such a pool would destroy the liner. The size of the pool was never questioned or an issue-we had the measurements on hand. The order of the liner was never an issue after the required deposit was paid. Naturally, extensive poolkrete does come with additional expense. The homeowner did not want to proceed further. The homeowner has not picked up their liner as they requested as of end of business today (7/27/2022) as the owner stated they could not due to work. The additional charge the homeowner speaks of is the remainder of what the LINER ONLY cost. They have NOT been charged for any labor or any of the trips to their home trying to clean out and remove the old liner. Their disappointment is unfortunate but we as a company do not control the manufacturers timeline, nor do we control the condition that the pool was in once the old liner was removed. We have not lied to the homeowner. The homeowner has never requested to speak to the owner since his initial visit in MARCH 2022. THE ABOVE REVIEW IS FULL OF INACCURACIES AND BLATANT UNTRUTHS. (All documented).
