    I had to rate a star, I perfer not to give a star! Horrible customer service and will not retrun my calls for days. I have to call muiltiple times before speaking with the owner. I am currently waiting for the owner to call me back like he said from 5/23/23. They informed me by spetic tanks were all full and I needed to replace Beeper and Light bulb. If then if that ddin't work, we would need to replace the float on the system. Since I been playing phone tag with the company, I called another company out. 2 of the 3 tanks where full, light bulb and beeper works. Seems like they are looking for more money for their customers. I have been a customer since 2015 now have 2 contracts with them. I will never use them again. I will spend my money with a more respectful company. I also want to add, calling a customer a lier, is unacceptable and should never happened. Learn basic customer service skills. Roger, you family is causing your company to look bad as well as your incompetent employees to properly do there job properly. Please do not use this company. The will steal your money and tell you misinformation to collect from you.

    First of all let me say how sorry I feel to have to respond for myself and my company on this forum. I’ve been in business for 26 years and haven’t had to do this. I will be the first to admit that there were problems with communication between Mrs ****** and my office, the first time in the 8 yrs she has been a customer. We made mistakes and she also made mistakes. I was out of town and when I returned I contacted Mrs ****** to get her side of the story. She admitted to a heated conversation with my daughter and things were said that I’m sure both sides regret. In defense of my daughter, Mrs ****** accused my company of trying to rip her off which was uncalled for and crossed the line and as you can see she is still saying it on this forum. My daughter then got angry and defended our integrity. What Mrs ****** didn’t understand was what we were trying to explain to her was her beeper didn’t sound when the alarm float was raised in the tank. Sure, you can push the button on the side of the control panel, it will sound off but that doesn’t mean you don’t have another problem. Also my maintenance technician said her “tanks were full”, which means they are full of solids and need to be pumped, not all 3 tanks packed full to the top which she assumed. I explained this to her. I spoke to my daughter and explained to her even if the customer offends you, you don’t have to stoop to that level, respectfully end the conversation and let me handle things from then on. I hate it that this happened and I asked Mrs ****** what I needed to do to make this right and I did exactly as she asked. As a business owner it’s appreciative to have kind and understanding customers or even ones that may not understand how aerobic systems work but will at least ask questions before offending someone. It ain’t easy running a business these days and dealing with the public but sometimes it’s better to part ways. I felt like this review needed a response from me to partly defend my company but will agree wasn’t a “perfect” response to her situation. God bless you in all your future endeavors and I hope you find a great company to do your maintenance. Roger.

    Funny how we had another company come look at the system. The beeper works and the light bulb. So your daughter quoted me $475 to dumps 3 tanks, $15 for the light bulb and $125 for the beeper. Then the service fee on top of these fees. If this all didn't work, then I would be charge $75 for a float. Only 2 tanks were full and not the 3rd. My husband and I feel, your company was trying to rob us of are hard working money on things not wrong with the system. Nothing is wrong with our system and everythig is working great per this other compnay. So take your lies and charge them to another person. Your company is horrible and that's why you only have a 2.9 star.
