      I made this purchased and cancelled my subscription. Was notified at 3am that i was being charged another time. I emailed the company and they refused to stop the order even after admitting it was not shipped or fulfilled. It was less than 12 hours later and on the same day that i received notification.

      After carefully examining your concern, we confirm that you had an active subscription with us that had not been canceled before the disputed order was processed. The reason we were unable to cancel the order, despite your cancellation of the subscription on the same day, is that the order had already been forwarded to our carrier for fulfillment. This information was communicated during our conversation. We also mentioned that while we cannot cancel the order, we will be happy to assist you with our return process so you can return the package for a refund once you receive it.


      Please note that your subscription has already been canceled, and no further shipments will be sent to you. We also want to extend our assistance with the return process. Please let us know once you receive the package so we can provide a return label to you.

      Date of first transaction (which I DID authorize:) 3/10/2024 Date of my email to ******************************** to CANCEL any current memberships with their company because I do not like their product: 3/20/2024 Date of an e-mailed response from ***** at First Day: 3/20/2024 where she implied if I sent pictures of the product, I'd be getting a refund for my first purchase (a non-issue if I already requested to CANCEL any current memberships!)Date of second transaction (which I DID NOT authorize:) 3/26/2024 Date of my second email to ******************************** informing them I was reporting them to BBB: 3/31/2024 (the date I noticed the charge in my bank account) The business was committed to provide to me a women's gummy multi-vitamin, which upon arrival was congealed and basically a complete mass of one bottle-shaped gummy vitamin, which is what I explained to ******************************** in my first email to them as to my reason for wanting to CANCEL any open memberships with them.The business then did not cancel my membership, yet went on to make it sound like they were offering me a benefit if I would send a picture of the gummy-mass to them along with a picture of the batch number on the bottom. ***** at First Day went on to say, "I can confirm you don't have any ongoing subscriptions, However, we'd love the opportunity to make things right for you" I didn't want to waste my time doing their quality control job, so I did not.I did not realize nor expect that it was conditional upon me sending the pictures as to whether the subscription was really not considered 'ongoing' based on what was told to me by their support staff.Order FWZA1534761

      I purchased the Teens Starter Bundle on 2/26/24 for my daughter who unfortunately did not like the taste or texture of the product. I contacted First Day for a refund under their 45 day satisfaction guarantee. While I received a prompt response with recommendations on how to disguise the gummies in a smoothie, I have not revived a response after two additional messages and over 48 hours asking to proceed with a return and refund.

      Decided to try vitamins for my toddler. My toddler wouldnt eat them. They advertise a money back gaurantee when I contacted the company their solution was try blending them in a smoothie. False advertising
