              My 3 year has been on First Day for about 9 months now and takes 1 every morning which she loves, she runs to drawer in the kitchen to get them herself, its so cute. She switches next month to 2 gummies a day and I wonder if it will make a difference. We have tried a couple different vitamins and these by far are the best.

              My favorite thing about First Day vitamins, of course in addition to the quality of ingredients, is that they are not sugar coated. My children still love them, they do not miss the sugar coating other companies put on kid vitamins. Thank you, First Day! **

              Success with my 6 and 8 year old boys! They are finally consistent with a daily vitamin routine, however the 8 year old will only eat red and the 6 year old will only eat orange.the red are always fresh and juicy but our last delivery the orange was dry and kinda stale. So that lead to a meltdown ??

              My kids eat well overall, but I know they arent getting everything they need. The trick has always been finding a vitamin that they will like and consistently take that I also can feel good about them taking. First Day has been the first vitamin that fits the bill and all three of my kiddos will take.
