            Ordered credits on Jan 9, 2023 and went to complete the quiz portion of 120 questions, however a new quiz was brought up instead and consisted of ************************************************************************************************************************************************ less than a week. Which means I would have to redo this quiz which took me days to complete. I have emailed and texted this company without hearing anything from the company. They do not have a working phone line. I want the original 120 questions honored for the 25 credits.

            Purchased: 24CE Diagnostic Radiology Handbook with around 120 test question. Over 70 extra questions were added post purchase. Spent 4hrs trying to descipher what I completed within the out of order boat load of additional questions they added. Takece claims this is not there doing, that they had no choice. There answer was this.... "As per the new approver rule, Total number of test questions have increased. This change is disruptive to test-takers and course-providers but there is no other choice. We are merely following the rules set by the approver. New rules are applicable to all CE providers" I have requested they provide me contact info for this "Approver" person or committee and that they refund me along with honor the 24CE units which were worth more because of the added time it took to complete and 4hrs of my time wasted trying to figure out. Once this is paid for the contract/product should be honored. The is a fraud sale of services.

You have passed the test and receive a CE completion certificate. Please login to registry/state website & self-report CE in the renewal section using the approval information provided in the CE completion certificate.
