I am completely disgusted in this office. I have never had more problems with an insurance agency than I did with this office. The ladies there are rude and cannot even take information correctly when given to them in an email. I got my vehicle insurance cancelled due to an error or typo from one of the ladies in the office, then was told that my insurance was cancelled immediately due to the error. I was sent an email, but I am busy and only look at my emails once or twice a month. I asked why I was not notified in text or some one gave me a phone call, they replied they have nothing more to do with the accounts once they are in the system. So instead of apologizing and correcting their mistake, all they could tell me is that I need to find another insurance due to it had been too many days since I had not had insurance. I explained how am I to know unless I am notified as I am signed up for text messages and phone calls for any notification regarding my accounts. I asked to speak to Art, the owner, but was always told he was out of the office or was too busy to take my call. I have never, not once gotten a call from this man. I do not think he exists, only the ladies in the office reply or call me back and they cannot give me any reason as to why he has not called me other than he comes in on certain days or just texts them regarding customers. To be honest, this office has got to be the most disorganized establishment I have ever seen and I am the office manager of the Peterbilt store. **************** is prided on here and we do everything we can to make sure our customers are taken care of and happy before leaving this establishment.
