            This company came out to our property after a winter storm, where we were experiencing low water pressure. They quoted us an $80 fee to diagnose it the problem, which they said would be put towards the final cost of any work that was done. I was at work on the day, and my wife was home alone. When the technician arrived, he found that it was a single valve which simply needed to be opened by hand - a task that took less than a minute to do, and only 5 minutes to identify. For this, he demanded that my wife pay him a total of $150, the $80 diagnostic fee and $70 to turn the handle on the pipe. She was flabbergasted at the price, beyond the fact that he did the work without discussing it with her or getting any authorization for it. When I called him to complain about this, he yelled at me on the line and I made clear that, if this is how he runs his business, I'll be glad to leave reviews reflecting this experience. After the call ended, he called me back less than a minute later to say, and I quote, "Professionally, I know where you live."

            Signature Plumbing Company believes in providing honest, quality service to our customers.
            We do not condone or submit to threats. ****** ****** demanded that Signature Plumbing lower the invoice price to $80.00, or he would post as many negative reviews as he could, we did not comply with his threat.
            Water to the home was completely restored, before our arrival they did not have sufficient water flow.
