******************* and his brothers are crooks. I spent $20,000 for custom windows, and they mismeasured 3 large windows (1) 9', (2) 5'-8". All 3 were too large. They replaced 2 of the windows and refused to return my call on the 3rd window. I had the manufacturer come out, and they said that the last window had been mis-measured and that 3" of the top frame had been shoved inside the wall, which is why I can't see the top frame of the window. It's not there because it's in the wall. I left many messages with the Metroplex ****************** with no return calls. I left many messages and texts to ******************* ALL with no return call. I physically drove over to Metroplex Window and spoke to *****'s brother, who told me he would not remedy the window. I showed photo's of the window obviously being mismeasured because you can't see the top of the 3 1/4' frame. He said, our obligation is to install a window and we got it installed. I sent a demand letter, and when I didn't hear anything, I called the financing company and filed a claim...as I will have to buy a new custom window with a new installer to to fix the issue. When that claim was issued toward Metroplex Windows, I started receiving threatening texts, voicemails and emails saying I now owe them money for this window and they will be putting a lien on my property. I asked them to fix the issue, but they ignored me. They installed a window that will not pass a home inspection as the inside of the window can not be sealed up from the inside because the top frame can not even be seen as it's in the wall, and we can not seal the interior.Sincerely,*****************************
