              I would give zero stars if possible. This company is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Our company was called in for repair work on a radiant heater in their Cleveland, ******** Parkway location, which was authorized by their Service Manager. Our company was never paid for the work and the run-around in attempting to collect, was insane. No one in any of their offices returns calls and the customer services skills or ALL those I spoke with are nil, to the point of rudeness. I was told that the Treasurer of the Corporation advises all staff NOT to provide names or contact information of those in Accounts Payable, nor to give out his name or extension number. I had to go to the **** Secretary of State website to acquire the Treasurers name. Regardless, the Treasurer would not take calls. It is truly disheartening to think that this company has been in business for 37 years. I would highly recommend AVOIDING DEALING WITH this company in any respect.
