              The door to the gym and package room has been broken since January 2024. It is now August of 2024 and I cant retrieve my packages or use the gym after office hours, which end at 6:00pm. With my job I am unable to make it in before the office closes most days. I pay for a 24/7 service that I am not able to use unless someone happens to be in the gym. Which is a different issue concerning security since we all have rfid tags that should let us in the building but dont.

              I have been calling for 2 years plus about our mail boxes and how they need repair. Ive been emailing ***** ****** for months, May of this year to be exact because I was told she was in charge of the issue with the mailboxes. At first she tried to convince me it was the responsibility of the post office when in fact its the responsibility of the **** ************* residential offers poor excuses as to why we cannot get our mail boxes repaired or replaced. residents are forced to wait in lines at the post office for hours at a time just to get mail. I haven't been able to receive my medication at home in well over a year because the post office refuses to deliver the mail. After regular emails back and forth with ***** ******, her knowing the details as to which mailbox, the addresses to which they serve and what street it is located she is now saying that they do not service that street when in fact they do? She is saying its someone else at ************* residential that deals with it. The worse part is you cannot get a call back from this office ever, getting an email back is like pulling teeth.
