      **NEGATIVE 5 STARS **

      I have 5 kids ages 14,13,5,5,1 the 2 oldest had a vision appointment receptionist was very friendly no issues I asked her if i could go supervise the exam and she gladly agreed. When I went to the back 2 minutes later she came back and stated that the Dr. **** did not want my other children crowding his waiting area and were ask to leave because there was no seating for any potential customers who "MIGHT "come in. My in law who was brought to watch my 1 year old felt very discriminated as did ******** then I proceeded to ask the Dr. why the receptionist did not inform me of this the whole time we were waiting for them to be taken back. The Dr. later stated that it was his policy and that the receptionist did not know the policy. I then stated that it was very rude for him to have kicked them out in the manner that he did. Which he then said " The exam is over you all can leave now. I have enough to charge your insurance for the visit." He then threatened to have me and my kids removed if I did not leave. I kept saying that he was rude and that that was no way to speak to us and requested a number for corporate to complain. He stated that he didn't have to give me anything and then wrote a number behind a business card. He said it's a ******* number and I left. I called from my son's cellphone and the Dr. answered the phone. He provided his cellphone number for the complaint. I feel my family was discriminated and want to complaint for him stating he was still going to get paid when he clearly did not preform the exams completely. I will be calling my insurance tomorrow to inform them of the situation. The are currently closed due to the holiday.

      This man is a crock. He charges your insurance and refuse to to the complete service you pay for. He will not return calls and hides behind the receptionist having them lie to you. If your black he has the receptionist treat you like your stealing but you paid for the service up fronts. Please don't use your insurance I still don't have glasses or my contacts l. My prescription are not completed to even take to another provider. And to go to one since I've used my insurance with this ***** I have to pay out of pocket. I have contact Anthem who is prompting an investigation into his practices

      You ma'am are the most rude and disrespectful patient we ever had in our office. You cursed out our staff due to not you not having your way. You came into our office wanting to fight our staff. You received your prescription and you did not pay for any glasses or contacts. What you paid for was an eye exam. We have your conversations recorded where you threatened and cursed our staff. Please find another office to do business with. We definitely love our patients, but we will not be disrespected.

      First of all I never came in and cursed out anyone. You have cameras please roll them . And I will sue you for defamation of character. Now your services as I stayed was a rip off. You'd should be closed for stealing from insurance company and your customers. You had me pay and charged my insurance company. I can prove that and will provide. So thanks for putting your lies in black in white for a lawyer. So the 25 you offered to refund me to day as you were apologizing for your company lack of service. As I said your company owes me $64 for incomplete service . How dumb can your really be as a business owners to slander someone. This is why owners like you should be shut down. Thanks for the law suit Sweetie
