    Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Stay as far away from this company as possible.Hard sell in the evening when I had company in town. I told both guys that they had one opportunity to "get this right" or I would cancel in a second--I had no time for games, and I had no issues with my current pest control service. They did not show up during the window of time they provided after I told them that I would be taking my out-of-town visitor to sight see over an hour away and needed to plan my day accordingly. When I called 2 hours after the latest time of the window they were to come, they promised they would be there in 15 minutes "the day got away from them" and I said don't bother coming, they lost their chance, and that was not good enough, they should have called. My patience had run out and they still came and sprayed the outside of my house. As soon as they sprayed the outside of my house, they charged my card and claimed they MUST complete the job by spraying the interior of my home which was a joke in and of itself. I cancelled in writing the 3rd business day per my contract and have been harassed endlessly since then, billed for some service not provided and even sent to collections at this point. All documentation has been submitted multiple times TO Ecoshield and now I have submitted all documentation to the collection's agency. Ecoshield harasses endlessly and refuses to abide by their own contract. It's shameful. For your own sake, do NOT sign up for their services. They claim to have a 5-star rating, but it's all for show. As an added side note they do not even show up to your house in a company vehicle--it's a plain pedestrian car and the driver drops off the employees, and then picks them up when the job is "complete".
