I called to get an estimate of how much it would cost to get a toilet replaced with one that Ive already had and they told me they could not give me an estimate over the phone even though Ive told them what I needed to have done and they could not do that over the phone That they would have to have someone come out and take a look and when I tried to explain to them that someone just came out to my home for a free estimate and they took a look at the toilet for a few minutes and told me it would be $335 and thats why I was calling to get an estimate from them over the phone so that they wouldnt have to waste their time coming by my home to give me a free estimate even though it really isnt they add the fee in there to take a look at your toilet trying to say that its a free estimate. I ended up fixing my own toilet before this company came out the next day because I knew that it would probably be the same estimate or as the last company that came. I called ***************** to cancel my appointment since I had fixed my toilet myself at 4 AM in the morning and it keeps ringing but it doesnt go to voicemail. Just drops the call real nice. I even spoke to management at this company to let them know that theyre wasting their time and gas and my time as well for setting up an appointment in a four hour window so they can show up whenever they get ready to even though I have other things to do in my day thats a pretty huge opening for a window.
