**PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH INTERNATIONAL COOLERS**They are NOT global leaders in cold storage solutions, but they are definitely global leader in misleading customers, lying, poor customer services, POOR quality ********************** and freezers. We ordered custom walk in cooler/freezer Combo back in Nov 2023.They required a full payment which was paid in full on November 22nd, 2023.November 27th,2023 at 2:42PM ************ told me that delivery will take 8-10 weeks.On March 25th, 2024 I reached out to ************ (President) told him that your employee made A commitment of 8-10 weeks delivery and We are in week 17th and still don't have our walk in cooler and freezer. He replied back saying, I apologize for the delay on those. We have an 8x8x8 cooler box to go with the freezer but that is too big I believe, correct?April 2nd I told him please make sure both cooler/freezer fully functional and ready to use if it's not functional we are expecting a full refund.
