I am so sorry to hear about your experience with Bestway. However, do know payments will remain reoccurring until the item is picked up and no longer in your possession as it states it on the agreement that was signed the time of rental. Received a mattress that was used and has not done anything but hurt our back. My husband is fixing to have back surgery and when I told them that, they said they couldn't take the mattress back and the lady was very rude. She told me ti call the sales manager yesterday which I did and he was supposedly on the phone and said they would get him to call which he never did.Bestway Rent To Own Response

Good morning, *****!I spoke to the Region Manager, and he stated it was agreed upon between you and him to keep the mattress. The mattress will be a wash and that there is still another agreement that is active to continue paying on. One of the main ladys at the Greenvile best way on the corner of highway 81 and highway 1 is just horrible to customers over the phone is like to threaten with court if you are a week behind in payments or just out right send the guys to try to take your stuff out of your houseBestway Rent To Own Response

****************, I am sorry to hear about your experience with Bestway. I would like to point out, that there is a signed agreement by you and Bestway stating there are no ***** ******s on the due dates when payments are due. However, a conversation will be had with the Regional Manager in regard to the way this was handled, however, know that if payments are missed, our store managers will in fact drive to pick the merchandise up, as we do not have any grace ****** in due dates. If for any reason you are unable to make your payment, you must contact the store in advance to notify them as well. Please keep an open line of communication with the store, to help prevent this from happening. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help assist you with. ************************* Murfreesboro, ** Just the price gouging they do..I was in need of furniture quickly and did not pay attention to my agreement..I got a couch and love which was 1750 all together and the were charging 7800 dollars for it on terms and I forgot what cash price was but I know it was over the 25% of what the furniture was worth..got a table and chairs was worth 350 new and was I think 1300 or so..Got some other things to.My point is I was paying 165 a week for this stuff, of course I'm gonna be late every now and again..I've had this stuff for over a year and I'm asking for a pay off cause I'm going thru hard times and they still wa ting me to pay 3000 for a payoff on furniture I already had for over a year..Bestway Rent To Own Response

*****, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. However, I would like to say once the agreement is signed, we do not allow any ***** periods on payments. Also, the full term must be met with payments unless you pay out early same as cash. If you miss that same as cash date, unfortunately the full amount must be paid in full regardless of if it's been a year. If there's any balances due, they must be paid. It should be a ZERO!! Rented a recliner online and have it delivered. They never showed up. Went to the store in ********** and had them cancel the whole thing. THEY STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED MY MONEY!!! CROOKS!Bestway Rent To Own Response

After speaking to the Store Manager on this matter, he stated he spoke to ****************** in regard to the double charge. They made an agreement that since she was double charged on ********************** bank account, he agreed to give her a free week and both called it even. We did not see on our side that the account was double charged but went ahead and gave her the free week due to her showing proof from her bank account. As far as removing her card on file, Bestway requires a card to be on file to do business with us. We cannot remove the card on file due to our policy and the agreement signed by ******************.Review from Stacie C

Harasses you constantly doing illegal things. Taping business cards to mail boxes which is a federal offense the post even called the store but they lied but unfortunately i took pictures and yes i turned it over to the post office. taping flyers to a persons vehicle which is consider tampering with personal property.Bestway Rent To Own Response

The actions stated in the review are prohibited by Company policy. Our regional manager is going to investigate and will be in touch. It appears that the store has not been able to reach you, so the regional manager will reach out to you by email. While on rent, repair and maintenance is included on all products with the exception of damage to the merchandise by the customer. In this situation, our records indicate that a 75" TV was damaged while being hung on the wall. This is not covered.Review from Anne A

my brother had rented a washer and dryer from Bestway. When i informed them that he has passed away, they told me that they would be able to pick them up the next day. Next day came and went with out anyone showing up to pick up or inform us that they couldn't pickup. Then they proceeded to take 3 payments out of his account.Bestway Rent To Own Response
