I ordered a ps5 online from the local best way (*********, **) and I chose to do monthly so what I paid just to get my foot in the door with that ps5 was $116. All day goes by and I never receive a confirmation email or any call from them asking for my information until the next day. My order was placed somewhere around 7 am before they opened so the entire day went by with no word so on the following day I reached out to them to give them my information since they werent doing what theyre supposed to do and calling me instead. Was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes and was put on with a different employee who then started asking all the questions, references, etc. we agreed that the whole cost of the ps5 would be $500, so they could break even on what they put in it. Thats what the lady told me. We finish the call and everything is fine. 30 mins later I get the automated texts so I was curious and replied with *** to see my balance and it was over $1000. Immediately I call the store back. No answer. I sent text messages to the lady I spoke with on the phone saying something isnt right we need to talk about this. The rest of the day and night go by and not a word from best way. I asked them to just cancel the order all together the next morning. I feel like their behavior was unprofessional to begin with and I went with my gut to cancel. Again, no response no answer on the phone and Ive tried 20 times!!!! Last attempt at contacting them I told them I wanted my order cancelled AND my $116 that I already paid on a device I didnt have in my possession or any clue when it was coming. Still waiting on a response but doubt it wll happen. Very poor customer service and lack of knowledge on how to run a business.
