I placed an online order on 9/30/24 and received a pick up time of about 20 minutes. I arrived to the location and there was a sign on the door that there was no chicken. I went inside and was told the same thing and that I should be receiving a phone call by the manager who was not present to issue a refund. Why the online ordering was not turned off, remains a mystery. To date, I have not received a call. I contacted corporate to advise them what happened and was simply told to dispute with my bank. Absolutely no immediate resolution from them at all. I should not have to wait 90 days for my bank to investigate and return my money because I used a debit card. This should have been done automatically but this location is poorly managed and that is evident by the response or lack thereof that Ive received. *** even called the store directly and no one will return my call.Initial Complaint

Placed order through Wingstop website.Wingstop delivers through doordash.Doordasher picks up order and proceeds to go to another neighborhood and stays there for quite a long ********* is delivered after being with the driver for ***** minutes. The order is cold and not to standard for whats being charged.I call Doordash and they state that since it was placed through Wingstop, to call them for a refund.I call the Wingstop location and they refuse stating they can't offer a refund since I received the food.This is unfair and unsatisfactory. I want my money back for this order and for Wingstop/Doordash to better vet their drivers.Initial Complaint

I ordered at Wingstop, ****************************************, which does not currently have a profile built, however, a complaint and review of the business was filed on their survey which would go through the corporate. I asked for a contact back on the issue; this is the second time they have ignored it. I ordered a 10-piece of the original wings but instead got boneless wings(these were ordered using online ordering). Considering the distance from this location, I could not drive back to the store. They need to rectify this situation as this was not what I ordered. A company must take responsibility for its mistakes, fix them, and not ignore customers. I do expect this to be fixed. This happened on the 27th, so I have given them plenty of time to respond. Whether it be by sending me a coupon to replace the wings that were given to me incorrectly or having available if I call in that it is written down and will be replaced when I call, these are what I expect to happen on this.Initial Complaint

****** an employee verbally assaulted me and several over customers over some personal issue she had with another customer. She refused my order and others due to an **** order that was made from this other customer who tried to avoid the employee ****** who should NEVER be around food or people with the level of service and care she had for the children around nor the other customers. Ive never been verbally assaulted just trying to order food for my family just because an Employee has an issue with someone else it should never be taken out on someone. Date:10/4/24 amount:$20.94 I placed an order online for my husband to pick up at this location **************************************. When he went to pick it up he waited for his order when he grabbed his order he said the employee with a receding hairline, messed up looking hair, and heavy in weight/chubby yelled at him like a maniac I don't know if he thought my husband was grabbing the wrong order or something but still not okay to yell across the restaurant and embarrass him in front of everyone. before he yelled at my husband he was yelling in the restaurant to his friends because his friends were there. check the cameras this occurred on 10/4/24 at 8:00 to 8:07 pm. please contact and reach out me as I am very upset about this incident and so is my husband.Initial Complaint

Company is stealing, I paid for goods and I didn't recieve what I paid for. I've tried contacting them through the website..no response. I've tried calling the store 20+ times but cannot get through, always get a recording saying they are on the phone. I ordered bone in buffalo wings for $5.99 and did not get them. Dear Wingstop Corporate Team,I am writing to express my serious concerns about the Wingstop location where I was recently employed. 847 ******** Crossings.During my time there, I observed several alarming issues that need immediate attention:1. The staff consistently failed to wear gloves while handling food.2. There were multiple instances of roaches in the kitchen area.3. The manager was frequently absent, leaving the team unsupervised.4. I witnessed staff making inappropriate sexual comments to a minor.5. On September 5th placed an online order at this Location,had special requests on certain orders for my wings and fries be extra crispy well done! Upon arrival to pick up my order,I was told my order wasnt ready,had to wait an extra 15 min so I reminded them to make sure my order was cooked extra crispy well done and they said yes maam!! When my name was called for my order I checked to make sure it was made correctly,my wings were sitting in a bunch of liquid and very soggy,my fries were cold and not cooked correctly!! I brought it up to them and the manager came and told me I have to put in special requests because its extra cook time. I then showed him my receipt and told him I did request my order that way and he made a face!! I just took my order and told him thanks! When I got to my car my husband said to check order make sure everything was there.started looking through both bags and I was missing a large order of fries and voodoo fries. I gathered all the food and walked right back in to let them know I was missing food. They just looked at each other and started looking for the orders they forgot to add in my bad! I place all the food on the counter and ask them for my refund!! Manager( *******) lets me know the manager above him would have to process my refund since it was an online order & that I should receive it in 5-7 business days!!! 8 buisness days go by and no refund! I start making phone calls,spoke to an area manager( ******) told her about the situation and she said she would look into it and call me back! Never received a phone call!! Reach out to her again September 18th to let her know I still hadnt heard back from anyone and still no refund! She was completely rude to me, she was told situation had been handled and I told her obviously not because Im calling again! Told me nothing could be done for me & hung up!! My order was $71.39!! They wont refund me my money and I didnt keep the food!!!Everything is on their cameras!Initial Complaint

On July 14, 2024 I tried to order two chicken sandwiches at my local Wingstop online. I was given an error message and was prompted to try again. I did so. Unfortunately, I was given the same error message. Thinking that maybe there was an issue with my ***** credit card, I used my Discover card. I received the same error message on this card. I then drove to the restaurant and placed my order in person. I was told that there would be a 45-minute wait. I said that was fine. About 30 minutes later, my name was called and told that my order was ready. I went to the counter and was presented with three bags with two sandwiches each. I reluctantly agreed to pay for the three bags of sandwiches but wanted a refund on the other order that I had not received but had paid for. That was agreed to. The manager issued a credit card refund ($11.98) for the one order of two sandwiches that I did not receive. I was told by the manager that it would take 7-10 days for this refund to appear on my CC statement. I was a bit puzzled why it would take so long but said that was fine. After waiting a month with no refund, I then wrote a letter to Wingstop headquarters in *****, explaining the situation. Crickets. I called. *************** forums said this was par for the course. Headquarters would eventually just push the responsibility onto the franchisee. Two weeks ago, I wrote a letter to the franchise owner. I even offered to take either a refund or store credit. Crickets. I have a credit card refund receipt for $11.98 that has not been honored. Could this be considered fraud or theft or ??? Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed a order for a 30 piece family pack ordered the wings and fries extra well done I picked up my order around 8 oclock and when I got home neither the wings or fries where well done or crispy I called the store and the person I spoke to barely spoke English he told me to come back and have the order remade I told him id bring the food in the next day to have it remade as it was already past 8 and by the time I would have got back to the restaurant and back home it would be past 9 he said no I asked how to talk to the manger and he said they where there I said please let me speak to them he said hold on and 5 minutes later came back and said they where too busy to talk to me
