      On Friday January 7th 2022 at Wing stop location **************************************, upon arriving to pick up my order I had placed with Wing stop I walked in and absolutely chaos! No masks not one single person wearing mask or hairnet or gloves or any GMP sanitary requirements while working with food. I noticed right away and I asked why they weren't wearing masks. The girl that was the "manager" in the picture that I have attached (girl with pink hair) responded that she had her shots and I'm not the CDC and I don't pay her bills or tell her what to do. I immediately ask to be refunded which has yet to be received. I called in the next day to let the manager "leeroy" know what happened with the incident and also ask about my refund but I keep getting told he is not there etc. I will never in my life be returning to this food establishment because of how unprofessionally the employees acted when asked where are the masks and gloves? It shows carelessness about the way they prepare food and I do not want to risk my life of getting sick from a Wing stop employee that is incompetent and unsanitary.

      On 12/18/2021 I order on Wingstop online for delivery, which was 1-10 piece wings, 1-30 piece wings and 1 large fries, the total I paid was 63.02. My order# was ****************. When my order was delivered it was the wrong order, I called them immediately when I got it to let them know that I received the wrong order and they said was going to get the deliver person to come and deliver the correct order but Wingstop was unable to get someone to bring the correct order so they said they was going to give me a refund but I need to call their contact center and they would be the one to issue my refund and the phone number they gave me was **********. I called on three separate times once 12/18/2021 the day it happened and also 12/27/2021 and 01/11/2022 and been giving the run around saying that they are sending my information to their department that handles it and when I asked how long it will take they said that they don't know also the incident # I was given was ********. I feel I have waited patiently for Wingstop to resolve this matter in a timely fashion, please I hope that BBB can help with this. Thanks in advance.

      I ordered a 5 piece thigh combo, and the chicken was raw and the veins in the chicken were bleeding and raw as well. This was a doordash order at Wingstop on Sunday, 12/19/21 at 10:36 pm. On Monday, 12/20/21, I called Wingstop *************** Peachtree RdBrookhaven, GA XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXXXA person named Mike answered the phone, and was completely rude. He kept saying, "What's the name of the order!" and then hung up in my face when I was trying to describe the incident to him. He said, "can you please stop calling me store!" He was belligerent and just unprofessional. All Wingstop did was offer to send me a $5 gift card when I spent $25 for this meal that I couldn't even properly eat due to the chicken being a health hazard as the chicken was raw. I threw most of the meal out. I want a refund and proper apology from Wingstop, and some type of incentive. I will talk to my lawyer about this as well. I want Mike to be suspended or something. The regional manager of that branch needs to give me a call.

      On December 24, 2021 money was wrongfully taken out my bank account for services/ food i never received from an order i placed online, that was not filled due to them closing early. I have made several attempts to collect my money and no one is complying with me. How do i get this settled?

      I placed an order at wingstop for a 30 piece wing. When I arrived to pick it up there was a lobby full of customers complaining. The staff was no where in sight. The customer in the lobby stated that the staff was hiding in the back and said they wanted to get home to their families for New Years Eve. The manager walked out and left for the night. The business was completely at a stand still and when a staff member finally came out they said they were not issuing refunds. He stated to write your name on a piece of paper and I'll let my boss know. They threatened to call the police and begin cussing at the customers. One employees called a female customer a B******. I only placed my order because the website stated it closed at 12am. It was 9:45 pm when the order was place and when we arrived they had already closed the kitchen. I still have not received a refund or call. This business was completely unprofessional , unorganized and very rude.

      Good morning, The following order XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was charged to my account for the amount of $48.39. The order was canceled by Wingstop and DoorDash and the charge needs to be reversed. The order was placed and almost three hours went by and the order status changed to completed and delivered but never actually delivered. Then I received an email confirmation stating the delivery was canceled and a text from DoorDash stating that the order was canceled because it could not be processed at the store. I placed the order through the Wingstop app directly from store **.

      My sister and I both made online orders on 7-16-21. When we came to pick up the food they said they had a kitchen fire so they had to issue refunds which is fine. A month went by and noticed no refund in my bank account. Checked the refund policy online and it says it can take up to 90 days. I Waited the 90 days and still did not receive anything. So I went back to wing stop and asked about it and they asked why did I wait so long and I said online it says it can take up to 90 days and so she took my name, number and order number down and said someone higher than her are going to call me and still did not receive a call. So about a month later I came back and they did the same thing and said that someone higher would call me and still nothing. I came back today on 12-15-21 and spoke to the very first manager that took down my info and this is what she said "oh they told me to just tell you no the next time you came in because you took too long". It's not like I waited to ask for a refund, it was already issued but no money has entered my account from wingstop. I have the receipts that say REFUND.

      MADE 6 PIECE CHICKEN MEAL ORDER OVER PHONE @ 538 PM. WAS IN RESTAURANT AT 6PM.       Today I placed a called at 9:16pm EST to Wingstop on ************************ Columbia, Sc 29206. A young girl answered and placed me on hold. I waited on the phone until 9:32pm she clicked back on the phone and hung up. If she didn't want to place the order because it was 44 min til closing she could of just said that. I knew exactly what she was doing. When I called back as soon as the line disconnected, a older lady answered the phone. I told her I wanted to place a order and she said we are no longer taking call in orders over the phone after 9:30pm. I explained to her that the girl answered at 9:16pm and left me on hold til 9:32pm then disconnected the line. The older lady sighed... then asked me what I wanted (with a attitude) and called the young girl back to the phone to take my order. I politely said no thank you and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service, and unacceptable as long as wingstop is open for business I should be able to place a order instead of being put on hold for 15 min so that I'm not able to place the order past the cut off time. I will be spreading the word to all of my military personnel in my chain of command in regards to this matter.
