Read this fully before you use this dad & son business. New to area and randomly selected this company off internet to treat our house/property. The owner was very nice on the phone but I told him we would try his service before committing to any contract which he said was fine. Son showed up and this is where it started going badly quickly. We have had pest control services before and this was shall we say was unorthodox at a minimum. Son appeared to be chaotically spraying chemicals around the property verse treating the foundation, windows etc. Then came inside and disappeared in our master bedroom for way to long. Went and checked and he was standing just looking at my wife's wardrobe in the walk-in closet. Big Red Flag. He seemed embarrassed and walked out and then sprayed up the wall about two feet in the hallway and then did the same to the wall next to the fireplace. Didn't even touch the baseboards. Never seen this before and couldn't get him out of the house fast enough. FYI - got all the ants back about a week later. When I went to pay him for this one service, he presented on his phone a blank signature line and said just sign it. Well....it was for a yearly contract and he didn't want to tell me but then admitted it. Pretty sleezy move. Of course we didn't sign anything. Told him we no longer needed his services and he left. About three months later the son just showed up at the house and said he was here for the quarterly service. Reminded him that we told him we were not using his service. He left but a week later on Sunday night at 8 pm, the son sends me a message via text saying he was coming over tomorrow morning for my quarterly service. Respond no you are not. Then the dad proceeds to text me, mind you it's still 9 PM on a Sunday night, saying that I had agreed verbally on the phone to a year contract. You get the shady business practice. When anyone blatantly lies, you do not do business with them.

First of all John who is the owner did the service on May 2, 2022, the only form the customer was asked to sign was the invoice showing what was treated, products used and price of service. My son has not been to this customers home, my son was at therapy with his special needs child during that morning. the only contact my son had with this customer was over text on Aug 5th where there was no reply to his text and also on Aug 14th where the customer stated he did not want our services.my husband texted the customer back that evening in response to the customers text. the customer said that we was going to report us to BBB and give us a bad review. John then informed him to seek service elsewhere.
