***** had a sincere demeanor then blindsided me. She requested a background check that I paid for and a credit check and I got a phone call back that I was approved even though I had bad credit I had somewhat of a good amount that I could put down anyways, she said it was approved. I was so excited, we did a walk-through via FaceTime cause I lived in ********** at the time. So in the morning after being approved ..,..I received an email that I basically I was a liar and that she cannot rent to me because of my background. What kind of people bring you such happiness, and in a few hours, take it away without any remorse whatsoever she would not even talk to me and when I was constantly texting her to call me and I need to talk to her ,she basically told me that shes going to report me for harassment. This lady has no accountability whatsoever and no empathy. She made my world ,within two days ,go completely up to completely down , she thinks that she is it and she throws her weight around literally not impressed by this woman at all. I cried for two days because she told me that I lied to her and I could not rent to them because I have assault on my record, but I had to basically beg her to tell me what was on my record , and then she blocked me very very poor business matters and no empathy for how much it upset me. You dont approve somebody and then go ahead and take it away from them. She shouldve crossed all her tees and dotting all her eyes before she confirmed that would be my new place to live. Shes cold hearted and Im happy to say Im so glad I did not rent from her because I found a much better place to live here in *************!!! I also needed to add that in the very beginning I told her that I have been sober for four years and via FaceTime during our walk-through she actually suggested to me that when I do move in and then we could go out for margaritas. Are you kidding me right now?. And then I reminded her.. she just chuckledoops my bad! ???

Prior to applying ***** mentioned her poor credit score and one criminal offense (DWI) that we stated we could work with as it did not violate or criteria. Upon submitting her application, the credit score was exactly as she informed us, but it took 24 hours to receive her criminal background to be sent from **********. When the criminal report was received, we found ***** had falsified her application by failing to only mention one offense. Multiple offenses were on the report including two assault charges which we could not approve as it is against our qualifying criteria. Our company criteria are clear and does not allow us to lease to anyone who has been arrested or charged with criminal activities involving drugs, or harm to a person(s) or property. A lease was never signed, security deposit never paid so that is a non-issue. Application fees are non-refundable. Since the day ***** was notified that her application was denied her behavior has become quite concerning. ***** has excessively texted, emailed, and called me all hours of the day and night from multiple phone numbers, we had no choice but to block every number ***** called from. We ask that ********************* all communication with our office and our staff. This occurred in March, and she has not stopped. I believe this woman has serious issues and poses a threat to our office and staff.
