              AVOID AT ALL COST!!! 1st, they are 3-4 months behind on their job contracts. In my case, 3 months came, went, and *** never finished the job. ********* the scheduling coordinator, told they would arrive the week of 10/17/21. No one showed up. When I called for an update, she apologized and told they would show up on the following Monday, 10/25/21 or at the latest of 10/26/21 but again, no "technicians" arrived. In fact, no one showed up until Friday, 10/29/21 late in the afternoon. They only dropped off some equipment late in the afternoon and left. No work done on Saturday. To the best of my knowledge, they started drilling on Monday 11/01/21. I was seeing very little progress each day that I got home from work. Finally after about 2 weeks, I saw a large PVC pipe coming out of a cement slab. Afterwards, no progress. I called and complained. I received an email from the owner stating my well would be completed on 11/15/21 but that was a lie. I had to **** another company to finish the job. It took them 3 hours to do what *** was taking days and weeks to do! I think they have a severe staffing problem and I think they get more contracts bound than they can handle!!

              I requested an updated invoice approximately two weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. I also requested mediation as their contact requires, and again I have yet to hear from them.
