i have a home warranty they send out millennial hvac to repair my a/c on 04/06/22 . the a/c broke again on 5/29/22/ i requested for them to come back out and the did and repair it again, but when he was here the first time he told me that my valve where leaking and didn't fix then until it went out again. that when they came out on the 4/29/22. them my a/c went out again 5/15/12 and they where refusing to come out to look at even though me and my warranty company call and email and texted and my warranty company even said it is under there 30 day call back period. then they came out and said there was grass on the coils so they clean it and tested it and all check out. week later my a/c is out again and they dont want to come out even though my warranty company to them it is a 30 day call back, they don't answer phone called, hardly responded to emails told me i was on there dont not service listed .Business response

This lady need to stop harassing us and call her home warranty company and ask them to open up a new dispatch for her. We will not servicing the awful troll of a person.
4/4/22 Mollley pay $100 opened ticket
4/6/22 repair completed with 30 recall period $600 value covered by warranty
4/29/22 made a 2nd repair covered under original 30 day recall period from 4/6/22 Another $600 repair cover by warranty. So now we at over $1200 value for the $100 service fee/
5/12/22 ***** is now past her original 30 recall period We explain what a recall period is and what is means, but because we are not ********, we give ****** 2 more additional follow-ups over the course of another couple weeks in an attempt appease her. We cleaned out her dirty AC unit even though at this point, it is not covered my the warranty. On the 2nd follow-up everything was working fine ****** still complaining.
At this point we are not goin back, but ****** is so insistent she gets 30 days on 30days on 30 days for free, that she refuses to open a new ticket with her home warranty company over the $100 service fee.
So she get $1200value out of 2 different repairs, and get 6 follow visits for $100 service fee, but that isnt enough for ******.
I reached out to her multiple time to explain what the recall period, but ****** "knows better" She is quite the *** *****, extremally adamant about wasting everyone's time

I am rejecting this response because: i called the home warranty company many times and they said and told the havc company over and over again that this this still fails under there 30 day guideline and they are contracted through home warranty witch mean they must follow there guideline even if they do not think that they are right. which mean per my contract if a failure happens within 30 day they would not charge me 100 dollars so yes i tried to files a new work order . but the warranty company told me not because it falls under 30 day guidelines even if they come out there 5 time a week the ************************************************** " 2. If a particular repair or replacement fails within 30 days, AHS will send a Service Contractor to repair the failure and you will not be charged an
additional ************* Call Fee" as stated in contracted and they sent me out a new contractor and found that they compressor blow the cord out and i am not a ***** i just have a two year old son in the ***** house in the middle of summer with not a/c had to buy a/c units above you will fine a copy of my contract stated in the contract about the 30 days so the clean they did do on the a/c unit did not fix the problem still if it failed in less then a week and i the new a/c company that came out also stated that they where cutting out side of my unit and messed it up so i think i am owe a new unit from this company
