Would give zero if I could. This company is impossible to get ahold of. Called 4-5 times over two weeks and my home warranty company reached out 3-4 times separately over that same span just to get my quote processed.Had to get home warrant company escalations to call them. I was waiting to move in because I dont want to live in a property with no A/C. Brought this up to owner when he called no apology or anything just avoided my statement. The. Spent the whole call telling me how I need a whole new unit and upselling me. Was hard to even get a word in without being interrupted.They charge $200/lb for R-22 normal rate is around $110 highest end is $150. Adds up when its ***** pounds. So inflating that cost. Lied to warranty company and said this was a detectable condition so they would void the replacement cost. Its my evaporator coils having a leak and rusting. So you literally have to open up that to see that its occurring. When we tested unit the refrigerant levels were good then they fell off. So not very easily detectable under any normal measure. Unless you open the coil unit and look inside which isnt normal practice on inspection. In all honesty I dont think this company should be in business and I wouldnt trust them with fixing a window unit on a hunting trailer. I think they are out to s**** people out of money. If you also have a problem with this company I would recommend filing with **** so they can no longer service properties. Feel free to refute anything but everything Ive said is honest. This is just a warning for anybody that might be considering this company on my experience.

Stop trying to scam your home warranty company.  Your policy was active for less a day before u put in your claim.  You are a troll *** and a scammer.

Are u claiming your AC was working on Oct 14?  And, that it just stopped cooling on Oct 16, coincidently after your policy started on Oct 15.
