              Paid $4 for hearing aids with warranty and they are still under warranty. Went into local site and was determined by audiologist that they were not working right. He sent in and I was sent back a pair of hearing aids that do SAME THING!! Only one ear works and half the time!!!! Called and audiologist said "they are hoping for a update to fix issue????" Is the thousands that have these getting same problem? I cannot get information to file in small claims while in addition I cannot hear!!!I want new set of hearing aids that work with the program on my phone. This is what I bought and warranty in place.

              I have been considering Lucid Engage hearing aids. After reading reviews here, and attempting to contact their customer service, I'll look elsewhere. One reviewer here said he got the runaround for weeks when he tried to return his. I decided that before making a purchase I would inquire about returns. I contacted them and asked about the return policy. Up to then they had been very responsive; even chatty. After asking about returns they have become silent. It is also interesting that they make much of their liberal return policy in their advertising, but try to find return for refund instructions on their website. You will find nothing.
