I signed a contract with Mcnoble Roofing and Siding to repair my roof and replace my shingle for $3,998.75 I paid them $1,998.75 down and would pay the remaining balance upon completion. They remove the shingle, felt and replace 2 sheets of plywood, put a synthetic felt on and put down a few bundles of shingle. They then abandon the job leaving ******* open to the element's known that there was a 100% chance of rain the next day. Upon inspection by other roofers showed impropper installation and inadequate repairs. There are many places that needed repair but wasn't. Overlapping of drip edge was wrong which could cause furture water damage.
Addition 12/25: This is an update on a previous complaint. I came into my house on 12/25 and the ceil had caved in from heavy rain the day before.
