All American Electrical Services Response

I explained to him there was no code on any of the breakers but he has a lot of computers and equipment that can cause a nuisance trip from small fan motors. The number one reason of nuisance trips from arcfault breakers.
He got rude and said "I know you don't want to fix anything" , " I went on line and your reviews are bad"
We do get a few Home Warranty customers that want to shoot the messenger and we get a bad review from them because they don't have coverage.
The reviews are way out of context, if you look at the amount of call volume we run it is only a few in over one hundred thousands of the service calls we have run.
What doesn't make since is this guy wasn't getting denied and would of been a return with parts if it would of tripped again. But he refused to want to just mark the breaker the next time it tripped.
Another thing is a red flag about this guy is all the people that have a breaker that is continuing to trip knows what breaker it is.
Second red flag was he wanted to start some kind of trouble and looked at some Home Warranty reviews and was very rude about it. Said he was going to make sure he was going to give us a bad review.
We will not go back to his house ever and I already documented to the Home Warranty Company that we refuse service to people that want to intentionally start trouble.
Obviously he was not interested in replacing the breaker over trying to tell a professional about his job and how to do it.
I might not fix the problem even if we did change the breaker because he had a lot of things that can cause arcfault breakers to trip intermittently and is the number one reason breakers trip.
Thank you.
Charlie

2. Technician was rude.
3. I knew the lights that intermediately go out but not the breaker. Tech didn't want to help me identify which breaker belongs to the room in question because he had 3 other appointments to go to. Technician just looked at the breaker box and said he didn't see any issues. In my opinion, company is a scam artist that will just take that service fee money and move on to their next victim who is on their schedule.
I will also be filing a complaint with TDLR for the company and Master electrician ***** ******
