Not at all ******** wife and I bought a brand new 2025 frontier sv. On the way home we heard a high pitch squealing sound coming from dash area. We have been back two times to try and get it fixed. Seems when the manufacturer installed the window they had it set to low which is what granbury stated. We scheduled a day to have the windshield installed, showed up half hour early then sat there for around a hour just to find out they did not get some sort of bracket needed. In the meantime we decided to get another fob for the truck when I noticed there was a sign up stating that they would be charging a 3% transaction fee. No not worried about ***** but charging a fee of any kind on a debit card is illegal. I brought this to the attention of the service greeter. I told her it was a crime to charge a fee on debit cards. Yes I may have gotten a little hot when she became defensive. I know the sign was not her doing but none the less it is illegal. I asked to speak to the manager and held the statute up for her to read and she stated I don't need to read that. The next thing I knew was a guy that actually looked like a mechanic came out and identified himself as the manager. Then he start to tell me how I jammed my phone in the greeters face. Which did not happen. We had words for a few minutes and he informed me if I did not remove myself from his property he would have me arrested for trespassing. So this seemed to me a bit escalated but oh well. When I told him I would be contacting the attorney generals he then told me if I did so then I would not be getting my truck fixed. Now at this point I did not know the truck was not being worked on. Which honestly did not care at this point because I can take my truck to any dealer and have it fixed. But when a manager of a business threatens to have you arrested on a lie then best to not work with them ever again. Should the actual owner wish to discuss the fine if not also good.
