Hi ***,
I want to clarify a few details regarding the situation with your grandfather:
1. We offer a free membership for our veterans that includes a 15% discount on all services. However, in this case, we were not aware that your grandpa is a veteran, as it was not mentioned during the call.
2. Our $199 after-hours fee for weekend service was communicated upfront and AGREED upon before dispatching a technician.
3. We informed your grandpa that we do not have a dispatch fee during regular weekday business hours, which was an option to avoid the additional after-hours charge.
We strive to provide transparent and fair pricing, and we regret any misunderstanding.
If your grandpa would like to discuss the details of the quote further, he can contact us directly.
