            Meta Roofing was very nice and quick to handle my issues dealing with insurance dates on roof repairs. I decided to get a whole new roof and they did the roofing on the end of August 2023. About two weeks later the solar panels were installed. Inspections were done however, the city (******* electric company) did not approve. I notified Meta Roofing that some changes needed to be made to pass inspection In order for the electric company to install their meter. (September 2023) They asked me to fill out a new application to the electric company which I quickly did. Through out these months (September-November) I have tried contacting Meta in which they tell me they are working on it or waiting for the application from the electric company. No one has returned my messages from the meta roofing company. As of yesterday, 11/27/23 the solar panels are still on stand by and the electric company has told me they are waiting for the installers to submit request for inspection.

            I was raised in El Paso and continue to own property there. One of my properties needed a roof, I was reffered to these guys! I must say it is probably one of my best decisions to have gone with Meta. From the first meeting to the final installation these guys were PHENOMENAL. The level of professionalism and ease of contact was amazing. I am no longer based in El Paso so I was concerened about leaving this project to a new group but my worries were completely unnecessary. They quoted me perfectly, were flexible every step of the way as well. Management was truly a godsend in terms of making sure I was satisfied. Once I finally got out there to work in person I could feel the family orriented business for what it is and I was blown away. If anyone is considering a Roofer, go with these guys! Amazing experience, if I could I would have rated them even higher!
