My daughter when to this location for work to be done on her teeth. Bc she has bad cavities we thought and trusted the work that was going to be done on her was absolutely necessary. We were a little skeptical about our child needing about 4 teeth extractions all in one sitting. They proceeded to give my child medication to make her drowsy than the laughing gas and then shots in her mouth. From the looks of it, she could feel the shots and then they proceeded to do work on her teeth and the dentist looked like he was going in to break concrete in her mouth. The force he was using and the way I had to see my daughter squirm in her chair like she was being tortured was traumatizing to say the very least. She was in so much pain and yet that did not seem to flag the dentist to stop what he was doing in her mouth. My daughter cried and cried was held down with force on her arms and legs as suggested by the dentist and the assistant and it is not right. I understand children may not know what they are in for but even more of a reason why we should trust the reactions our children our showing us when in a very hurtful or uncomfortable situation. This place is just worried about the numbers, not the little patients and what pain or damage they are causing. My daughter is 8 and can speak very well that afternoon she shared that she was being choked on by the way they were on her throat. Choking??!!! I have been to the dentist plenty and not once was I or did I feel like I was being choked but my daughter did and could not do anything about it bc her arms and legs were held down. What a horrible and dramatic experience for my child to never want to go to a dentist ever again. She has a cut on her gums from the dentist going in with to much force and 2 crowns I do not even recall being told she needed. I read the reviews and now I wish I would have never proceeded with this place for treatment.
