Beginning in April of 2020, the BBB has noticed a pattern of complaints in the company’s complaints and customer reviews.
Complaints and customer reviews allege there have been issues with billing, refunds and products not being received. Complainants stated, based on the website advertising, they were expecting to receive a physical book, but received a link to a digital book instead. They feel the offer of ‘free shipping’ is misleading.

On June 3rd, 2022 I purchased a book on BuyBestUSA.com. No where in the process did it indicate that the "book" I was buying was an ebook. I waited and waited for the book to come (they even ask for your mailing address). It never came and so when I wrote to ask where the book was they said they sent it by email. What a farse. There is still no where on their site and in the purchase process that indicates that the "books" they are selling are ebooks.Business response

I was trying to buy a book from their website. All indications showed that it would be a physical book. They asked for a shipping address and had a shipping charges calculator. They sent me an email with a *** of the book. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I searched them online and found many complaints of the same issue. They are using deceptive practices to scam people out of money.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
This website will continue to scam people with misleading practices. They need to be shut down or exposed. Somehow this needs to stop.
