            Horrible. Jerry ***** came to my house so that I could get an estimate (replacing 2 tiles on my front porch). Came on May 2. Sent email on May 5 asking about the proposal. Did not get the proposal until May 16. May 19 I ask when they can start. May 29 sent another email since I did not get an answer. May 30 7:13 am: "will be back to you tomorrow". May 30 1:02 pm: "we can be there June 2". June 2: the guy did not show up. June 3 Jerry shows up and remove the two tiles I SPECIFICALLY asked him NOT to remove. He DID and then left. We are stuck because of this jerk. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST
