I would recommend customers not to take their vehicles to Auto Nation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway. They claim to have the BEST mechanics, but they had my vehicle for over 3 months and couldn’t find the root cause to my issue. Instead, they caused more damages to my 2018 ********* ********* pickup. Now my warranty is expired, and they never fixed the issue but collected thousands of dollars from my warranty company. They had my vehicle in the shop multiple times. I lost lots of money as a result to them having my vehicle and every time I pick it up from their shop in less than 3-4 days, I bring the vehicle back for another 5+ days. I have asked for a loaner and was told they don’t have any. After asking multiple times for a loner, they then said they don’t have any available and when one is available, they will call me. Did they call me no. My vehicle was in and out the shop with very little updates on my end. When I called to check the status on my vehicle, I was giving attitude from their service department (I guess I was calling a lot). I am left with a vehicle that completely loses all power when driving on the freeway. A vehicle that stops working and overheats on me. A vehicle I spent over $50,000 forgot the extended protection warranty to ensure my vehicle will get fixed when needed. And for what?? To not get the services I paid for. I have complained to management I even called their corporate headquarters in Florida. I went as far as getting an attorney to write a letter on my behalf. Expressing the mechanical issues, I am having and the financial burden I am experiencing because of Auto Nation and no one got my issue resolved. Now I am suck with a $40,000 loan on a vehicle because Auto Nation didn’t live up to their end of the deal. Why is it ok for these companies to take advantage of hard-working individuals like me. They got their money, and I am left with a huge financial burden. I will never purchase another vehicle from Auto Nation.
