              I traded in a vehicle that I purchased from BMW of Houston North for a different vehicle on 9/15/23. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Daniel ********* in the finance department to get the warranties that I purchased for the BMW canceled on 9/23/23. He told me to email the odometer disclosure statement and a paid in full letter to him which I did. After a month I called the warranty companies to verify if they received a cancelation from the dealership. They said they did not. I called Daniel at the dealership again on 10/24/23 but he did not remember receiving the documents. I emailed them again and he said I would receive the refunds in 5 to 7 weeks. Again, I called the warranty companies the following week and they still had not received the documents. I called Daniel again on 11/28/23 and he said he filled out the paperwork, gave me the amount and said I would receive the refund in 5 to 7 weeks. I called the warranty companies again on 12/26/23 and they said they did not receive the cancelation forms. Daniel has lied to me the entire process and I fell the company is trying to steal my money.

              Do not waist your time with this dealer BMW they do false advertisement and when you get there, they’re not gonna have what they’re offering you online We had an appointment with D’Angelo 5/25/24 at 12:30pm and 1:30pm and both of the times he knew I was coming to my appointment when I got there he told me that the car was already sold so these dealership is doing false advertisement because I never saw the car when I got there he never show me anything And on our way out we ask Connor o’keefe for D’angelos manager he told us he was a manager we all know dealing with dealerships paperwork and everything is not gonna take an hour. This guy knew we were coming. He could’ve called us and said somebody is looking at the car already. We drove through traffic over an hour just to get there for not receiving call or anything that the car was being looked at that’s not fair, it was just a waste of time
