              On November 5,2023, I placed an order and the wrong items were delivered, when I called back to have the right items redelivered they refuse and I was told I would get a refund. I have called back 4 times in the last 4 weeks and I keep being told that the Refund should show up on my account in 7-10days. It's been over 5weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I have called to speak with the supervisor and they put me on hold and no one picks up the phone. I just want my refund

              Little ceasars does not care about their customers. I have given this location 3 tries and each time they failed. Today I received 3 pizzas with NO SAUCE AND HARD AND COLD!!! Literally NO sauce,not a little but none! I waited in the pick up line for 20 minutes to still have to go in. The whole reason for online orders is to pick up with no hassle! I'm livid about the quality and taste. I wasted almost $40 on pizza. We are PAYING to keep a business in business that give their customers horrible service. The workers were playing around with cars backed up and people in line waiting. I tried calling but they just told me it would be a long hold with an attitude so I hung up. I bet the pizzas they make on break for themselves are not like the ones they serve!!! I didn't get the hot and ready I ordered specialty pizzas so they should of been fresh not hard and cold. The pepperoni was hard like banana chips and the sausage was dry and spongy. I'm so disappointed and out of $40 for something I threw in the trash
