The purchase process was okay, I purchased the top-of-the-line ***** ***** frameless door for $1,980 – then the nightmare began! The sales rep Cesar did not order the correct shower door handle, even after I received a text reconfirming the correct one. The first install crew damaged our BRAND-NEW bathroom counter (picture), and they are doing nothing about it! Neither crew that came to my home cleaned up after themselves (picture), leaving handprints and sticker marks; my daughter stepped on the pieces left in the shower (picture). The glass leaks along the wall & hinges, and there are two damaged spots (picture), plus a strange brown mark (picture) we cannot get off. I had an appointment to correct the leaks and handle on a Friday @ 5 pm, they did not show up even though I received a voice message at 4:19 pm stating “he (Jose) is heading my way and will arrive in 25 minutes.” I raced home to meet them from work for this appointment! When I contacted Caser, he stated because I did not answer my phone Jose did not come – well… I did not answer my phone on prior appointments with them and they showed up! The saying you get what you pay for, does not hold true for Shower Doors of Houston, hate to see what you get if you purchase their cheapest door!
