prices were good, customer serivce was not. was my first experience with them, purchased 3 different orders in the same 30 minute window, realizing later I needed to add some more stuff. I called today after a holiday, 20 minute wait times (background music raving over their phenomenal customer serivce. I wanted to combined these 3 orders and avoid 2 out of the 3 shipping charges. Nope they cannot accomodate, nor could they enter in my $10 promo code after the fact (which would not work when adding it to cart). They said to me that it would be uncommon for a dealer to accomodate my request. I said no the thousands of dollars I have spent on firearms and accessories from other places. This isn't my first time thinking about a customer accomodation like this from other notable dealers! Done

Additionally, you did not contact us until well into the following day, by which point your orders were already processed and ready for shipment. Once orders are placed, our process moves quickly to ensure fast delivery, and changes typically cannot be made after that point. Had you reached out shortly after placing the orders, perhaps by sending a quick email instead of waiting to call late the next day, we may have been able to accommodate your request. To avoid multiple shipping charges in the future, placing a single, consolidated order is the best approach. Hinterland Outfitters is committed to providing efficient and reliable service, and in this instance, we fulfilled our obligations promptly and as promised. We certainly do apologize if our quick and efficient service by shipping your orders out the next day caused any inconvenience, or somehow constituted "poor customer service". However, we stand by our process and commitment to getting our customers' orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
