    Dear Kitchen and Bath Restoration Customer Service, This letter is in reference to work performed by your company, Kitchen and Bath Restoration, at residence, **** ******* ****** ***** **** **** *********** ***** ****** ** ********** tub repair crack. After the crack repair and waiting the required time based upon the recommendation of your company’s worker, the tub was reused. Within a few days, the neighbor downstairs advised that the leak from the tub was still not repaired due to the visible dripping from our tub down to their unit affecting their ceiling. The neighbor has been cooperative so far, but will be getting the ceiling repaired. Based upon your sales receipt, it clearly states “1 YEAR WARRANTY”. Upon reaching out to your company concerning the faulty repairs the customer was given the option for a full refund or to pay an additional $300 for more repairs ONLY. There were several text messages sent and no replies. The customer was given a one-hour window on Monday, 3/23/2022, that you would return the call with the final option. Based upon the customer, this deadline was missed by your company. After several calls and texts, the customer was finally able to get your company to acknowledge the communication, at which time your company stated that only a 60% refund would be given. The company owner stated that he did not have anything in writing to show where his policy is to refund 60%, nor was the customer told this beforehand. Due to the severity of the matter and the neighbor already in process of getting the repairs completed, the customer had no choice but to move to other sources of getting the repairs completed due to your non-compliance of honoring your warranty. The customer is requesting a full refund based upon the initial discussion your company had given with said options above. If this matter cannot be resolved in a timely manner, please advise. Thanks in advance.
