I called today, September 3rd, 2024, and spoke to ********************* of N2 Publishing, and she told me she no longer works for N2 Publishing to follow up on why I have yet to receive a response from Billing for my cancellation. I emailed last Friday, August 30th, at 7:30 am to cancel my Agreement with a 30-day notice. It states on the Agreement that a notice needs to be sent, and I have emailed it to the billing department, support department, and *********************, who handled my account. The billing invoice also shows that if you have questions about Billing or need to update your form of payment, email ***************** For all other questions, please contact your N2 representative.I did my diligence and contacted my N2 representative and billing department to have my account canceled. I had yet to contact anyone from N2 since the time ********************* left. The company had contacted me about a new representative.According to our Agreement, I can cancel the services because I have made all payments, and my ad has been published for 42 magazine issues, fulfilling any remaining payment obligation. The Agreement is attached for reference.I respectfully request written confirmation of the ad cancellation and that no further charges be withdrawn from my company bank account.
