I took my Purse to get repair . needed to replace the handle, so when I took my purse first thing the sales lady and myself did was inspect my purse The sales lady Bri told me that if there was any damage on the canvas that they could not repair it so we inspected The purse and everything was good. I got a receipt stating that my purse was in great condition so then I get a call stating that my purse is ready told the young lady if I could pay over the phone which was ****** for the repair and she said yes, so I paid and they mailed my purse when I got my purse. I inspected my purse and the repair they did cracked the canvas on both sides of my purse the manager at the repair department. He was very rude and he said that I had taken that purse all cracked, and that was not true, he refuse to work with me. They did refund me the ****** dollars for the repair but they said they could not replace my purse Nowhere in the receipt does it state that my purse Had cracks on the canvas I also told the manager ****** Repair manager about the receipt and he said that the associate forgot to state that my purse had cracks on both sides on the receipt the store manager and the repair manager dont want to help me or they dont want to hear what I have to say. They just say that they cannot help me because my purse was already damaged. Also, I had taken two purses, the other one that they were supposed to redo and make it brand new. They also damaged it. Both of my purses were damaged. I did get a refund for my second purse and got a refund for the purse they cracked the canvas on both sides $390 for the repair Because I was not satisfied with the work but wont replace the purse.
