      The owners of this company are unprofessional crooks, in my opinion, and the person who answers the phone was very rude by raising her voice to me! Due to the technician's negligence in locating all loose fittings that caused the leaks during his first service trip, the additional leaks made it necessary for me to have to call for service a couple more times after the first call (all 3 service trips occurred between 7/26/23 to 10/10/23. After 3 separate service trips, the technician finally found and repaired all the 3 loose fittings, which included one in the attic for which he did not want to get on a ladder and go into the attic in the first place). After tightening the additional loose fittings on the 2nd and 3rd trips, he had to replace the escaped Freon 3 separate times. I was charged for all 3 separate trips of Freon refills and labor (oh, after I called owner to complain, he did give me a discount of 1-hour of labor off) for a whopping total of $844.78. Now why didn't the technician look for AND REPAIR ALL 3 LEAKS USING HIS SNIFFER on the 1st trip out...then I would not have HAD to pay for additional Freon.

      We did not install this said unit. We were finding leaks from someone else's install. Whoever installed this unit did a terrible job. I don't like to talk bad about other companies but that was the case here. Technician would find a freon leak, fix it, charge the system, and pressures on his gauges would be normal. There is nothing else he can do if his gauges are reading everything is pressurized and working normal. Their leaks were in different areas. The last one was in the attic. This can all be caused by vibration from terrible install. Technician has been with the company 26 years. He knows what he is doing. We tried to explain to the homeowner who doesn't understand hvac what was going on with the unit and the problem. They kept calling us back. We didn't have an issue until their bill was 90 days late for payment and we called to collect after sending multiple statements and copies of invoices.  They didn't have a problem calling us three times. By the way their bill was $528.00 after one hour discount of $97.50. We have been in business 28 plus years. We wouldn't be able to stay in business in a small area for that long if we were crooks. Customer obviously didn't have faith in whoever installed the unit for them to be seeking other companies for repairs.
