When the *** first came to my store, I told her that we could not switch providers because we had a loan through our current provider and that doing so would violate the loan agreement. She persisted, so I told her that I hoped my loan would be satisfied by June 1st and we could discuss switching at that time if loan was paid off. In May, she brought in "paperwork" and said she would hold it aside pending the status of the loan on June 1st but she wanted it all ready to go. Toward the end of May, I refused a courier's package with a cc reader because I knew the loan I had wouldn't be satisfied by June 1st. Our sales *** came in the next day (still May) and asked if the reader was set up. I told her we refused it because our loan wasn't paid off. After arguing with us in front of customers, she told us to run transactions through our register in a way that would hide our cc transactions from our current provider and run them through the ** Payments reader. We told her we will absolutely not do that unethical scheme and that we wouldn't be using any ** Payment services. We were surprised by a vm she left us in early June threatening us with an early termination fee. We reminded her that we already clearly told her NO to services in May, that we had no reader, and asked how there could be an ETF for services that were never started. She said she would take care of it. We thought we were finally done. Then came the mysterious $100 withdrawals from our bank in July and August. Called **P to try to resolve and was told withdrawals were penalties for not running enough transactions. I've never had a reader and CAN'T DO ANY TRANSACTIONS! Was told I'm under contract and that I have to pay a $295 ETF. Explained my situation to no avail. Was told cancelation could take 30 days, enough time for another month's penalty! Funny how this contract, that I've never gotten a copy of, only says that I must pay, but doesn't say that ** Payments has to provide any services in return.
