Not at all impressed with their work, other than a few people such as **** and his team I would not recommend servpro to do anything other than immediate remediation and demo work.Took them 3.5 months to fix my house that should have taken at most 6 weeks.First they charged me for paint prep and as you can see from the photos they couldn't even be bothered to remove tape from the wall and just painted over it, didn't mask my fixtures and got paint on them, over spray on my window.They dumped paint and other chemicals in my grass killing it, threw lit cigarettes in my yard for me to clean up (luckily they didn't burn my house down).Constantly had to pick up after them inside my house because they would leave half empty drink containers on my wood furniture.Lost my spare key that had a label on it with my home address so now I will have to replace my locks.And at the end had the audacity to try and argue with me over the work order that they were trying to charge over $1,000 worth of work they never did. I still ended up in the end getting charged for stuff such as "move/reset" where either there was nothing to move or they didn't bother resetting it.I got tired of dealing with these people and having to constantly ask for basic mistakes to be fixed that they should have caught before leaving and will chalk this up as a learning experience.
