            My mother died in June of 2023. I've reached out multiple times to try to get Lone Star to stop charging the subscription service for medicine she is obviously not getting or taking anymore. They guaranteed me the last time that they would credit the account back and give us a refund. I have not received a refund and they are still charging the $49 a month to the checking account which I keep open so my dad doesn't have to move all other monthly bills. I've provided everything they've asked for. I can share her death certificate on here publicly if they'd like but they need to STOP the charges!

            In my opinion Lone Star Script Care is a helpful company dedicated to helping their customers like me. They provided friendly and caring service and in my case they did the medications paperwork in a timely manner. I like to highlight the service provided by ************************* and Ms. *************************** and other employees who may be part of the business or left. Some employees are new and I don't know them well. Lone Star's employees provided timely e-mail responses and they a courteous service.Thank you for a well-done job and for caring.
