              I'm using this company through my home warranty. *** came out looked at leaking kitchen sink tried to fix leak but then broke handle. So they left saying we will order handle. After they left there was nearly no pressure on the hot side and no hot water and no handle until they fix. So now we are worse off now than before they touched it. It continued to leak so called the warranty company and they approved new sink. Tried to contact *** but two unanswered phone calls to them came and went. Now on day 10 and I caught them this morning on phone. They ordered new sink 5 days ago they said so it will take up to 15 to get it. They said home shield should have called us and I said we are the customer you should have called us too since things had changed and the timeline was extended. They have rude plumbers, rude admin and they do shotty work. They really don't want to fix the problem they want to put a bandaid on it and make the most possible money on third end and leave. They try to blame everything on the customer. They are Terrible
